MUD-WASH CARGO — Heavy cotton cargo pants, treated through repeated mud-wash and drying cycles until the fibers stiffened into form. The surface shows a deep tonal range—from oil-black to silt-brown—each panel holding the memory of weight and movement.
Built with double cargo pockets and reinforced seams, the structure feels utilitarian yet sculptural. The fabric bears irregular shadowing, the product of natural abrasion rather than design—an index of touch and pressure.
On the back, a leather patch tattooed by Tex Machiavelli marks the piece—etched and sealed by hand, not printed.
