NOCTURNE CARGO 2 [HEAVY WAX] — The evolution of the original Luster. A denser, darker experiment in surface tension and collapse. Each panel is soaked in layers of heavy wax, hand-heated and pressed until the cotton develops a skin—rigid, luminous, and irregular.
The multiple cargo pockets distort the symmetry, bending utility into form. Creases harden like scars, and each motion leaves a trace of reflection.
The piece carries a handmade leather patch tattooed by Tex Machiavelli—burned into the surface, not applied.
Built from the same pattern as the first Luster but buried under weight and time.
A nocturnal armor—industrial, restrained, and permanent.
