NOCTURNE LUSTER 2 — A refinement of the first Luster experiment. The same black resin technique—hand-applied, cured, and burnished—yet smoother, more reflective, with a subtler grain. The surface appears liquid until touched: cold, dense, immovable.
Cut from rigid cotton denim and finished with a clean, architectural line. Fraying at the hem is left intact—a quiet resistance to polish. The light folds across the form in metallic gradients, revealing motion even in stillness.
On the back, a leather patch tattooed by Tex Machiavelli anchors the piece—branded directly by hand, carrying the trace of its maker.
Built from the same foundation as Nocturne Luster 1, this version embodies restraint.
